Not long ago I had someone contact me looking for a oceanfront property. They said that for many years they enjoyed their summers at Crescent Beach. They did not want the upkeep of a beachfront home so they were considering oceanfront condos. They were looking for a more private, upscale condo on the ocean. The city where they lived was only about an hour away and they wanted a beach house to slip away to. We looked at several condos at Crescent Beach and finally settled on Spanish Trace.
